With the Summer ending, so do the neon manis.
I don't think I reach for neons that often. They're good in theory, but sometimes they're tricky to apply.
When done right, they really brighten up my day.
I got the 'inspo' for this mani when browsing through Instagram's suggested posts. An account called Nailfye posted a skittles mani with neon and pastel skittles only on the tips, sort of a french mani, and I thought, maybe I can recreate this with holos.
I added my own twist, using a gap in between the colors, and filling it with some iridescent shimmer. To me, this one looks better in pictures than IRL.
