Like all the other Femme Fatale holos, Ink of the Sea was impossible to photograph. Amazing in real life, but the pictures can never tell the full story. It is a greyed out blue with a teal flash and purple undertones. How awesome is that? Shimmery but not too holo. Yet, I still love it. It is the perfect base color for Moon Glow, which was another Xmas gift from Robyn <3
The last pics show Moon glow over Color Club Beyond, which is a black holographic that goes well with sheer color-shifting shimmers (such as here). I still think that Moon Glow has a lot of potential, and I want to find the perfect match for it. I am on a mission to make it look as amazing as it does on the bottle.
