Cupcake Polish New York and Chicago

Every single time that I wear one of these, I am blown away.  I don't remember being so impressed by highly pigmented blinding holographics, ever since these came out.  I really like the holographic effect on these guys.  The formula is great too.

      From cupcake polish bigcartel website, but these are discontinued now, I think :(
