I probably wear this layering combination more often than any other. I have done similar ones
here,
here and
here. I just own too many purples and when I feel they are missing something, I like to add flakies. This was not the case for Worlds Apart, this jelly has a nice color shifting (pink to green) shimmer in it. It is gorgeous in real life, almost neon-like. It dries matte, but once topcoat is applied, it glows as the pictures show. Same goes for pause, it has pink microshimmer and it pops when topcoat is added. I think that if you are a purple-lover like me, you need both of these. I'm never impressed with RBL formula, but this color is worth it.

These manis are so gorgeous! I especially love how Ethereal Lacquer World's Apart glows.
ReplyDeleteLoving all the purple! Now I think I want to make a Dance Legend order ...
ReplyDeleteVery pretty!
ReplyDeleteBring on the flakies! While I do love the current rage for holos and multichromes, my heart belongs to flakies. The right flakie can improve any polish!
ReplyDeleteThat polish World's Apart is gorgeous!
These combos work so well together! I really love the Dance Legend topper :-)
ReplyDelete@ all: thanks!
