Wing Dust Breathing Underwater

I haven't tried this brand before until now, but I really liked the formula of this one.  It is a jelly that provides great coverage at two coats.  When I started polishing, it reminded of Deborah Lippmann Across the Universe, but without the green.  Instead, it is much more subdued with those periwinkle glitters and light blue accents.  It also has copper hexagons, similar to the ones found in Candeo Colors Dive Bomb, but Breathing Underwater is certainly different, due to its navy blue base.  Overall, it is reminiscent of those "under the sea" or "oceanic" type of indie glitters, but it is unique in its own way.  Wing Dust seems to have several interesting blues, so if you are a blue lover you must check them out.
