This is my new favorite layering combination; and you know that when I can't get enough of a glittery combination like this one, I make it into a wallpaper. I first saw this Color Club at
Scrangie's and instantly fell in love with it. It is amazing on it's own, but Jack Frost was untried and I thought they'd go perfect together. This is a million times better in real life, and oh how I love those glitters that glow in the shade. Both of these lacquers were Goopy City, but they are so lovely, it's so worth the extra time. This leads me to mention, I add thinner (OPI brand) to glitters that don't want to behave and couple of agitators (stainless steel 3/16" balls), give them a good shake, but not too much so that it doesn't produce bubbles. When I blog, I usually do this after taking the pictures.
Layering Order:

1 coat Poshe Fast Drying Basecoat
