Shimmer Carol

I believe this is the chunkiest Shimmer out there.  I love the color combination and the chunky glitters are not too loud.  My favorite are the black ones peaking out.  I think this is similar to Tammy, but they are definitely not dupes.  It looks great over brights and neons, definitely best for layering.  It does need a topcoat when worn alone, although I really liked it without topcoat that day I swatched, it was a weird day.  The formula was good for a glitter, but not as smooth as I'm used to with most Shimmers; I've been spoiled with their great formula.  The larger hexagons do stick together at times, so you must be a bit more patient with Carol.
