Picture Polish Attitude has scattered holographic flecks

This was a gift from K (Thank you!), I never would have thought of buying it myself because I think it's too dark (vampy), but on short nails it looks great.  I thought the formula was bad, borderline kiddie water-based nail polish.  However the color is stunning, a rich, dark blurple that did self-level at two coats.  I love the flecks, wish there were more of them.
