Essence Carrie, another nice topper

How I wish these were available here in the U.S., they are so easy to apply, at one coat, they look perfect over cremes, no topcoat needed.






Layering Order:
2 coats Sinful Colors Verbena
1 coat Essence Carrie
no basecoat or topcoat in these pictures
