Dior Sparkling Blueberry is a dark blurple crelly with silver glitter

I pretty much buy anything with the Sparkly reference in it, and I usually can't go wrong.  I feel like this name is now a part of me.  This is an oldie, so the formula was not too great.  You can see how I struggled at the base of the nail to get that perfect round shape.  The glitter is not bumpy, but it is thirsty, I used 3 coats of Seche Vite.  Luckily, this is probably not 3 Free so there was no shrinkage.  As an interesting factoid, I recently received the reward from the Dior Diva Program (got 3 awesome minis at 500 points), and it had an insert that read "Dior Nail Polish was launched in 1962, the first to be created by a Couture house".

Layering Order:
Chanel Protective Basecoat
2 coats Dior Sparkling Blueberry
Seche Vite Topcoat


  1. This is pretty. So how old do you think it is?

    1. Maybe 90s? this was way before those bottles that look like a lightbulb
