Ethereal Veiled is a good Holographic Topcoat for Duochromes

I have been looking for a good topcoat that only provides sparks of holographic flecks over multichromes and duochromes, instead of covering the whole nail and dimming the color-shifting effect.  I think this one is pretty good at doing just that.  Unfortunately, it wasn't holographic enough for me.  I am also looking for one that will make white cremes holographic without graying them out.  I tried to see if this one could do that, but it turned the white creme into a green/greyish tinted white.  The pictures don't show that to much, but it was noticeable in real life.  I'm not too sad that this didn't work so well.  After all, the thrill of the hunt is half of the fun.
