Shimmer Julia

Disclosure

Julia is a gorgeous icy blue glitter.  It reminded me of Strength, except this one lacks the hearts and is more of a topper.  It also has some nice iridescent glitters.  I liked it over the holographic blue the best (last pics).  I'm not sure this color can be combined with too many warm colors in the Summer, but I'm sure it will be great for Winter.  The only thing I noticed is that it requires 4 coats instead of the usual 3 I do for Shimmers, when it's worn alone.  I didn't think it was too bumpy even with the extra coat, so it's all good.

  1. I love how the complex glitter in shimmer polishes change the whole mani when layered over different bases. Great base polish choices. Thanks for the swatches!
