Zoya Chloe how to achieve bottle color

I love this one in the shade so much!  This is one of my favorite Zoya nail polishes.  But when I first got it I wanted it to be like it is in the bottle.  I seached through my oldies and found a match.

Nicole by Opi Pick me up Purple, taken from the vault

Boy this nail polish is old.  You are going to have to trust me on this one, it's a duo-chrome, but my camera did not pick it up.  It's blue most of the times, but purple at certain angles.  I got this in a blog sale a long time ago, which reminds me I should do one soon, maybe in the summer, I have way too much nail polish =O

China Glaze Ray-Diant gradient

I posted on twitter nail wheel swatches of the Prismatic collection, and I mentioned how glad I am to finally see a collection that I need.  This is one that I thought I wouldn't like, so I swatched it first.  Gorgeous, I was wrong.  I included a couple of pictures in the shade, the colored glitters look like little balloons being released in the sky.

Layla Magneffect in Deep Violet is a gorgeous purple magnetic nail polish

This is the best magnetic nail polish I have tried.  But not all the magnetics in this collection are as good, unfortunately.  Just this particular one is great, where the effect is very strong, and it moves a lot when I move my hand (hard to capture in pictures).  It's so much better in real life, it's black and purple, here it looks grey and blue?

Butter London No More Waity Katie

Purple glitter at its best.  For me, wearing No More Waity Katie is instant gratification: I like cool-toned purples, I love grey cremes and of course, I need glitter.  This dries super fast, so at 3 coats by itself, I'm good to go.  I like how the glitter is dense, yet subtle.  The shade of the combination of the base color and the glitter compliment each other, and my skintone too.  My first thought was to layer it over another nail polish, so I chose one of the new nail polishes from the OPI NYC Ballet Collection.  If you have seen swatches of this Collection on the web, you know they're gorgeous, but they are not very buildable.  These nail polishes are very, very sheer.  Thankfully, I had no trouble hiding VNL (Visible Nail Line) with Butter London Nail Foundation.  This basecoat is amazing.  If you haven't read my review on it, and you like Jellies and Sheers, but don't like VNL, please click here.  That is exactly how I achieved this look:

I don't remember where I saw this first, someone layered flakies over a duo-chrome, and I thought hmmm too much? then today I finally tried it, and nope! not too much, loving it.

I've flowered up my nails (yes, that's a new word).  I was thinking about this day ever since the 1st day of Winter.  I really like this weather, I hope it stays like this forever.

Sephora Indi-go with the flow, hard to capture its true color in pictures

This is just so pretty, but no matter what I did, what angle or camera setting I used, it turned out blue.  If you own this, you know it's gunmetal purple :/ oh well...  If you don't own this wow, I think you need it, I haven't been impressed with any Sephora Nail Polish in like... well ever.  In fact, I think this is the first time I've posted this brand on the blog, and I think it's the only Sephora by OPI that I own.

Glittery Purple Jelly Franken

Hi lovelies!
