Orly Sunglasses At Night is one of the strangest nail polishes I own

I mean that in a good way.  It's like when you say "it was different".  This is going to be my go to nail polish this Halloween for sure.  It's so weird, but again, good weird.  I love the holographic effect on this one and I chose this Jade as a base color because I love holo on holo.  The formula for the Jade is top notch, right there with the other Jades I've tried, but the Orly was a watery mess.  I might leave it open for a few minutes before I apply it next time, that seems to help sometimes with glitters like these.  Speaking of Halloween, I am a bit disappointed to see that neither drugstore or Beauty Supply brands have stepped it up this year with the Halloween Collections.  I remember last year, by this time, I was hauling limited edition Wet n Wilds and Glow in the Dark China Glaze.

Layering Order:
2 coats Jade Fascinio Violeta
1 coat Orly Sunglasses At Night
no basecoat or topcoat in these pictures

BONUS PICTURES - Jade Fascinio Violeta by itself

  1. This just affirms my need for Sunglasses at Night. How is the glitter? Any curling or sinking? I've noticed with the other glitters in the collection lots of curling and sinking and just sadness all around.

    1. No curling or sinking so far, but it was a PITA to apply. It's true, this collection was good in theory only :/
